Avah care limited is a nursing care agency owned privately, which provides Nurses and HCA on a temporary or regular basis to health and social care providers. We understand the importance of consistency and continuity when placing staff to the units, hence committed to supplying experienced and competent staff at the required times, i.e., on emergency and advanced bookings. We have arrangements for 24- hour on call in place or out of hours assistance. We all committed to monitoring our services which allows to evaluate and improve. Make sure all the risks management, audit and compliance policies are up to date, this gives our staff and clients confidence as the do their jobs and clients when using our services.   •  Conducts interviews to all new staff face to face.
  • Chase of the references provided for more details.
  • Confirms all the required professional and mandatory trainings qualifications.
  • Ensure nurses are registered with NMC professional indemnity.
  • Ensures that staff undergoes induction programmed, identify concerns and provide further training as required.

Avah Care Limited has a policy of promoting the maintenance of Service Users’ normal social network and social activities. The Service User’s Care Plan includes a facility for recording life history, social networks and contacts, and preferences for activities and hobbies in order that the Service User is offered access to those networks and activities which are appropriate and desired.
